The difference in the four types of service we provide depends upon who
will preform the Bookkeeping and Accounting Functions, The client or us. Below is a list of some Bookkeeping and Accounting Functions to help you determine who you want to perform them.
The recording in chronological order and reconciling of, the daily transactions of a business entity, such as: issuing invoices to customers, recording bills from suppliers, recording cash receipts from customers, paying suppliers, recording changes in inventory, processing payroll, and processing petty cash transactions.
Accounting functions include, but are not limited to: Creating a chart of accounts, setting up the general ledger, altering the classification or recording of transactions to meet certain accounting standards, accruing or deferring of revenue and expenses, recording of fixed assets, and other business transactions, such as notes receivable and payable.
We price our services on a fixed price agreement.
We do not charge a one-time setup fee.
We do not expect to be paid in advance.
We do not require a contract for a specific period of time.
You are free to upgrade or downgrade your service choices at any time.
Although it is normal in the Accounting and Bookkeeping Industry to give a 30 day notice before termination of service, you are not required to.

Our Do-It-Yourself Service starts at $190.00 per month, and includes a Secure Client Portal, Snap Scan Software, and up to 2 hours of time per month.
Our Assisted Service starts at $235.00 per month, and includes a Secure Client Portal, Snap Scan Software, and up to 2.5 hours of time per month.
Our Custom Service starts at $275.00 per month, and includes a Secure Client Portal, Snap Scan Software, and up to 3 hours of time per month.
Our Full Service starts at $320.00 per month, and includes a Secure Client Portal, Snap Scan Software, and up to 3.5 hours of time per month.
Within each of the four types of service we provide there are levels of time required depending upon the complexity and volume of work to be preformed. Based on our experience and after interviewing a prospective client and determining their needs and desires we estimate the level of service required and set a beginning rate for the first three months.
After the first three months we review with the client the average time required for the client's service. If the client's average time is more or less than the estimated level of service we negotiate with the client to adjust either the requirements, procedures, level of service or monthly rate and set a monthly rate for the next year. Thereafter the level of service and rates are reviewed annually.
